Nathan King, MD

Dr. King is dual board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine (weight loss medicine).

His training and previous work experience had strong emphases on hospital medicine of the acutely ill, clinic medicine that focused on chronic and complex medical problems, and urgent care in a busy city center. His current focuses are on primary care medicine, weight management services, and the use of diet/food based interventions to treat diseases. He enjoys managing acute (sick) issues as well as chronic diseases with special focus on diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and chronic inflammatory disease.

Dr. King is available for special consultation for ketogenic diets (aka High-Fat Low-Carb / HFLC), fasting mimicking dieting (FMD), lean cell cycling (LCC), comprehensive approaches to weight loss and health optimization and DMV truck driver physicals.

Dr. King and his lovely wife Beth have 3 children. He loves cooking, hiking, and teaching. He moved to Hawaii to be near family, and he’s here to stay!

John Littleton, Physician Assistant

John Littleton is a Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 30 years of experience.  He received his Bachelors Degree and Physician Assistant training through the School of Health Care Sciences in the Air Force and the University of Oklahoma. While serving in the USAF for 20 years he worked as a Physician Assistant in Family Practice medicine and Emergency medicine.  After retiring from the Air Force, John worked in Family Practice and was the medical director of an Urgent Care Clinic in California.  

After living in the cold snowy winters for 20 years, John moved from Northern California and relocated to Hawaii with is wife and youngest daughter.  John has four adult children still residing in California.

When not in the office, he's normally found golfing or working on home projects. During football season you will find him watching his 49ers.

David Arthurs, DO, FAAFP

Dr. Arthurs is a Board Certified Family Physician with 30 years of experience: He relocated to Hawaii in 2004 after 18 years practicing in  Idaho. His practice has included all areas of medicine including hospital care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, long term and nursing facility care. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, spear fishing, and church activities.  He loves being a grandpa to 3 (soon 4) keiki!

Areas Of Special Interest: Preventative Medicine, Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, and minor surgical procedures such as lesion and wart removal, sigmoidoscopies, and joint injections.  Dr. Arthurs especially enjoys babies and children.

Medical School: University of Osteopathic Medicine Health Sciences - Des Moines, Iowa

Encourages: Healthy diet and daily exercise habits for all his patients.  Drink water and go for a 30 minute walk daily.

BETH CATANZARO, MD

Dr. Catanzaro is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician. She moved to Hawaii to be closer to family. Her practice encompasses care of the entire family, newborns care through nursing home facility care and everything in between including minor procedures, skin biopsy, joint injections, sigmoidoscopies, and pap smears.

Areas Of Special Interest: Preventative Medicine, Women's Health, and Pediatrics

Medical School: Creighton Medical University - Omaha, Nebraska

Encourages: All patients to take an active role in their health

Dr. Beth works part time - Mondays 9 am -2 pm (Sept - May),

Tuesdays (mauka office) and Thursdays (half day).
